R. Lee England, M.D.
Dr. England attended the University of Tennessee, where he graduated cum laude and earned three varsity letters as a member of the Tennessee Volunteers football team. He received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College, where he graduated cum laude, and completed an internship in surgery at the University of Kentucky. Dr. England continued his surgical training at Vanderbilt Medical Center and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During his time in private practice, Dr. England has successfully established surgical programs at several area hospitals, providing much-needed care for underserved areas.
